Redispersible Polymer Powder (RDP) is a water-soluble, white or off-white free-flowing powder. It exhibits high adhesive strength and outstanding waterproof properties. RDP enhances the elasticity of mortar, extends open time, and improves adhesion, flexural strength, plasticity, abrasion resistance, and workability. It is particularly beneficial for flexible anti-crack mortars due to its high flexibility and wide range of applications.

Product Advantages
1. Enhanced Impact Resistance, Durability, and Abrasion Resistance:
- RDP particles fill the cavities in the mortar, increasing its density and abrasion resistance. Under external force, the mortar relaxes rather than breaking. The polymer film can persist in the mortar system for extended periods.

- The lubricating effect between polymer powder particles allows mortar components to flow independently. Additionally, the powder induces air, providing compressibility and improving workability.

- RDP forms a polymer film in the cavities and on the surface of the mortar, which does not re-disperse in water, thus preventing water penetration and enhancing water resistance. Hydrophobic RDP enhances the water-repellent properties of the mortar.
6. Increased Flexural Strength and Flexibility:
- The polymer film formed by RDP is highly flexible, filling the gaps and coating the surfaces of cement particles, creating a flexible connection. This converts the brittle cement mortar into an elastic material. Mortars containing RDP exhibit superior tensile and flexural strength compared to regular mortars.

- Note: The product is packed in polypropylene woven bags, each with a net weight of 25 kg. Store in a ventilated and dry place indoors, avoiding moisture. Protect from rain and sunlight during transportation.
- Quantity per 20GP: 12 tons with pallet, 14 tons without pallet.
- Quantity per 40HQ: 24 tons with pallet, 28 tons without pallet.
