Polyvinyl alcohol powder is an excellent water-based binder. Generally, the product is in the form of flakes, granules or turbulent, and it must be heated when the cold water is not easy to dissolve. It can have better cold water solubility after micro-grinding and surface treatment. However, due to its thermoplasticity, it has high requirements for pulverization. King adopts a unique liquid nitrogen low-temperature cooling process to ensure uniform fineness of pulverized materials, so that it has excellent water solubility and cohesion.
Process
Polyvinyl alcohol is polymer with different degrees of alcoholysis obtained by polymerization of vinyl acetate to form polyvinyl acetate, and then saponification under the action of different alkali levels. Cold soluble polyvinyl alcohol powder is made from partially alcoholyzed polyvinyl alcohol by cryogenic grinding. It is a water-soluble and environmentally friendly white solid powder.
Application
Dry powder coatings, putty, dry powder mortar, tile adhesive, plastering gypsum adhesive, etc.
In chemical building which can effectively increase the adhesion of cement and mortar, change the fluidity, slow down the drying time of cement surface, increase the adaptability of coating, and prevent the cracking of cement coating.

Package
Kraft paper package with plastic film inside, 20kg/25kg per bag.
Store: The products should be stock indoor where room temperature is 5-30℃, dry& well-ventilated place, storage by batches. Keep away from the power, prevent humid, and avoid sun exposure.
It is strictly forbidden to store together with volatile chemicals to prevent adsorption deterioration.
